2nd Annual Rock’ N The Bayou Concert

Lamar Dixon Expo Center | Main Event Begins at 6 PM | Doors Open at 4 PM

Rock’s Biggest names take the stage yet again to blow the doors off the Lamar Dixon Expo Center! Starship, Lou Gramm, Mathew & Gunnar Nelson, The Artimus Pyle Band & The Molly Ringwalds! Car Show & local stage outside all day starting at 9am (The car show and all entertainment music outside is FREE)! Doors open to indoor concert & Main Stage at 4pm. GA tickets $30, VIP tickets available.

Kids Fishing Event

1:00pm-4:00pm catch and release pond. Free photo of kids with their catch of the day, first fish certificate. Free gone fishing sign to the first 100 to participate in catch and release, free kids- craft decorate with a fish, free fishing 101 booklets, all while supplies last

Art Gumbo Market

9 am – 2 pm

Under the shade of the trees at the corner of Bullion and East Ascension streets you will find a treasure trove of affordable art from local artists. Paintings, photographs, decorated purses, paddles, saw blades, driftwood, handmade “Chaos” purses, watercolor paintings, mixed media artistic work and handmade jewelry will be available for you. Our designers and artists will be on hand to answer your questions and assist you in adding décor to your home or adding jewelry to your collections. Be sure to check out our “Bargain” table for great deals. Children’s bracelet making activity will be available for a donation to the River Region Art Gallery.
