Chef Joshua Hebert and Chef Adam Reeson invite you to a special chef’s table showcasing some of the new and exciting menu items and pairings that are available at Bernadette’s Table for private events and chef’s tables. We also feature menu items like these each and every day at The Cabin Restaurant to go along with our traditions that have been pleasing our guests since 1973!
Berndette’s Table and the chefs will bring a much needed experience to Ascension Parish that showcases new and fresh interpretations of our rich traditions here and from across the entire Southern region in a beautiful space with the best Southern hospitality you’ll ever experience. We hope to offer regular dinner service and brunches on select days in the future as well. Please join Chef Joshua, Chef Adam and their team as we eat, drink, and celebrate together!
Ticket purchase covers food and pairings for supper. Cocktails and select wines will be available for purchase beginning at 6:00 PM and throughout the event.

House Apple and Pecan Smoked Redfish Rillettes, Smoked Apple and Turnip Relish, Sweet Corn and Satsuma Butter, Micro Herbs – Paired with a Bourbon, Blackberry, Satsuma, and Honey Slushpuppy
Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Charred Shishito Pepper, Poblano and Cane Syrup Emulsion, Pickled Green Tomato, Blackberries, Crispy Fresh Okra, Whipped Goat Cheese, Red Vein Sorrel – Paired with a Super Green Margarita
Sous Vide and Cast Iron Roasted Rabbit Saddle, Cane Roasted Carrots and Turnips, Potato Aligote, Rabbit Stock Reduction, Louisiana Citrus Butter – Paired with 2007 Saintsbury Garnet Carneros Pinot Noir
